| basic outline: payment ⇾ sketch ⇾ approval ⇾ rendering (will send wips throughout process) ⇾ approval ⇾ changes if needed ⇾ finish! |

| ✧ pay upfront or 50% downpayment to reserve a slot (downpayment will not be refunded if cancelled) |
| ✧ read tos before placing an order! |
| ✧ i will be sending work in progress (wip) photos throughout the process, during which you can request revisions. maximum 3 free revisions, more will require additional payment. |
| ✧ final commission will be sent as a PNG file through email or google drive (will be up for 2 weeks) after final payment. |

| by purchasing my art services you automatically agree to the following conditions. |
| general terms |

| ✧ i have the right to decline any commission request. |
| ✧ artwork is for personal use only, if you want to use commercially please DM me so we can discuss proper pricing! (except for pngtuber models) |
| ✧ i own the rights to my art (eg. portfolio, posting on socmed, streaming process on twitch) however, NDAs can be discussed! |
| ✧ the final piece will still have my watermark (do not remove!) |
| ✧ credit must be given when posted online |
| ✧ references must be provided (mood boards or even doodles are more than welcome!) |
| ✧ estimated a minimum of 2 weeks for final product (maybe more depending on how complex the commission is/how heavy my workload is) please remember I'm only human and art takes time. i will try my best to keep you updated on the process ! |
| ✧ rush orders will require extra payment depending on how soon deadline is |
| ✧ commissions are non-refundable! if you have paid a 50% downpayment and cancelled you will not be refunded. |
| ✧ you may not use my art for AI (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training), NFT, blockchain, or any for-profit platforms or purposes |
